El servicio del empréstito que se autoriza por esta Ley se hará por el Tesoro Nacional. Desde la fecha en que empiece a prestarse dicho servicio cesará en sus efectos el artículo 6° de la Ley 12 de 1926 , que decreto un auxilio de seiscientos mil pesos ($ 600.000) para el Municipio de Bogotá.
