º. El Director del Dancoop por razones de eficiencia, y eficacia, beneficio social y funcionalidad en la cobertura del sector, podrá anexar a una regional, entidades bajo la acción del Departamento que, por su ubicación geográfica, estén sujetas al control de otra regional.
