° A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, la estampilla de la Cruz Roja, de que trata la Ley 9ª de 1934, deberá colocarse sobre las cartas ordinarias que cursen por los correos nacionales durante un mes, que se determinará en cada año de común acuerdo entre le Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos y la Sociedad Nacional de la Cruz Roja.
