Durante el tiempo de las sesiones ordinarias o extraordinarias del congreso, además del personal señalado en el artículo 1°, cada uno de los senadores y representantes tendrá un escribiente, con la asignación mensual de $ 70.00, que será nombrado por la comisión de la mesa de la respectiva cámara, a indicación del Senador o Representante.
