Ley 139 de 1948 · Por la cual se crea la Oficina Nacional de Bromatología

Las oficinas seccionales dictarán resoluciones, encajadas en las normas que fije la Oficina Nacional, las cuales establecerán sistemas de control, toma de muestras, valor de análisis, multas y otras disposiciones. Tales resoluciones serán refrendadas por la Dirección Municipal de Higiene.

Parágrafo

Solo podrán ser onerosos los análisis que sirvan para certificación de calidad de cada producto alimenticio, y los que particularmente sean solicitados con fines comerciales.

Parágrafo

Las sumas correspondientes a valor de análisis y a multas ingresaran al Fisco municipal del Municipio donde funcione la respectiva oficina seccional.
