ARTICULO 2o. Los funcionarios que fueren desvinculados del Ministerio de Salud por efectos de la supresión de los cargos, tendrán derecho al pago de las indemnizaciones o de las bonificaciones en los términos que tratan los artículos 95 a 112 del Decreto 2164 del 30 de diciembre de 1992, siempre y cuando se cumpla con los presupuestos legales establecidos para tal efecto.
