La exclusión del impuesto sobre las ventas establecida en el numeral 4 del artículo 476 del Estatuto Tributario para el servicio telefónico local facturado a los usuarios de los estratos 1 y 2, se aplicará sobre los primeros trescientos veinticinco (325) minutos mensuales, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Resolución 1250 de 2005, expedida por la Comisión de Regulación de Telecomunicaciones, CRT.
