Artículo sexto. Todas las personas obligadas al recaudo de la Cuota de Fomento Cerealista, serán fiscalmente responsables no sólo por el valor de las cuotas percibidas, sino también por los valores dejados de recaudar y por las liquidaciones equivocadas o defectuosas.
