°. El servicio hospitalario de tuberculosis estará sometido al control técnico y vigilancia científica del dispensario antituberculoso de la localidad. En el caso de que en el Municipio donde se encuentra el hospital no hubiere dispensario antituberculoso, dicho control y vigilancia corresponderán al dispensario antituberculoso del Municipio más próximo dentro del mismo Departamento.
