El arbitramento voluntario se regula por lo dispuesto en los Capítulos Vl, Vll y Vlll del presente Título, pero el árbitro tercero será designado por los de las partes, y a falta de acuerdo, por el Ministerio del Trabajo. Cuando una diferencia se someta a la decisión de un Tribunal de Arbitramento voluntario, no puede haber suspensión colectiva del trabajo. CAPITULO VII. PROCEDIMIENTO ARBITRAL.
