° El artículo 16 del Decreto 2799 se adicionas con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Las instituciones de educación superior no oficiales a que se refiere el artículo 152 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, deberán acompañar a su solicitud de reforma estatutaria, cuando ésta afecte el patrimonio de la institución, tres (3) ejemplares del inventario de bienes muebles e inmuebles de propiedad de la entidad, suscrito por el funcionario que los administre, cuya firma deberá ser reconocida ante notario.
