Contralores Departamentales y Municipales . Las ternas para la elección de Contralores Departamentales y Municipales serán integradas por los candidatos que presenten el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial y el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo, que ejerzan jurisdicción en el respectivo departamento. Las ternas que integren los Tribunales estarán conformadas preferentemente por personas oriundas del respectivo departamento o residentes en el mismo.
