Modifícase El Parágrafo Del Artículo 5

Decreto 1019 de 2014 · por el cual se modifica el Título 3 del Libro 2 de la Parte 5 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010 en lo relacionado con el Segundo Mercado y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Modifícase el

Parágrafo

del artículo 5.6.4.1.4 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010 el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Los procesos de titularización cuyos títulos se negocien en el Segundo Mercado no tendrán que incorporar mecanismos de cobertura, pudiendo en todo caso ser calificados por una entidad autorizada de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 5.2.3.2.2 del presente decreto o avalados o garantizados por una entidad autorizada de conformidad 5.2.3.2.4 del presente decreto.”
