Excepciones a los dos artículos anteriores . No obstante lo dispuesto en los dos artículos anteriores, el Gobierno y los Comandos de Fuerza podrán mantener en servicio activo a aquellos Oficiales y Suboficiales que por sus calificaciones lo merezcan y cuando sus capacidades puedan ser aprovechadas en determinadas actividades militares. Cuando se trate de Oficiales, se requerirá concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
