Art. 44. La Junta señalará al adjudicatario un término para la presentación de las seguridades del contrato, que no bajará de 24 horas ni excederá de seis días ; y al fin del término fijado se reunirá nuevamente con el objeto de calificar las presentadas por el rematador.
