º. El artículo 1º del Decreto numero 64 del 10 de enero de 1997, quedará así: "Artículo 1º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1997, fijase el valor del punto para el personal de empleados públicos docentes de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia en siete mil setecientos siete pesos ($7.707) moneda corriente.

Parágrafo

El cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la remuneración mensual del personal de empleados públicos docentes al servicio de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales".
