ARTICULO 110. Cuotas partes. El Ministerio de Defensa y la Policía Nacional repetirán contra las entidades de Previsión por la cuota parte que les corresponda en el valor de la pensión, según el tiempo de servicio del empleado a la respectiva dependencia oficial. El proyecto de liquidación será comunicado a los organismos deudores, los cuales dispondrán de quince (15) días para objetarlo.
