DE LA SECCIÓN 5, DEL CAPÍTULO 3, DEL TÍTULO 6, DE LA PARTE 3, DEL LIBRO 2, DEL DECRETO ÚNICO REGLAMENTARIO DEL SECTOR VIVIENDA, CIUDAD Y TERRITORIO, DECRETO NÚMERO 1077 DEL 26 DE MAYO DE 2015, EN LOS SIGUIENTES TÉRMINOS; “Por condiciones de variabilidad climática de carácter regional asociada a déficits de los niveles de precipitación en el país, de acuerdo con información aportada por el Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales (Ideam), la Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico (CRA) expedirá Resoluciones de Carácter General orientadas a incentivar el uso eficiente y de ahorro de agua. Las resoluciones serán publicadas en la página web de la Comisión de Regulación de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico con antelación no inferior a diez (10) días calendario de la fecha de expedición, con el fin de recibir las observaciones, reparos o sugerencias a que hubiere lugar en los términos señalados en el presente capítulo”.
