ARTICULO 49. Vigencia. - El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los artículos 4o, 7o. y 13 del Decreto 3073 de 1968; los artículos 17 y 18 del Decreto 2335 de 1971; el artículo 4o. del Decreto 2336 de 1971; el artículo 6o. del Decreto 2341 de 1971; el artículo 12 del Decreto 2342 de 1971; el artículo 12 del Decreto 2343 de 1971, con excepción del
