Las infracciones a cualquiera de las disposiciones del presente Decreto o a cualquiera de las normas legales a que él se remite, que no tengan prevista penalidad especial, se castigarán con multas hasta de mil pesos, que impondrán breve y sumariamente, los Tribunales del Trabajo Los apremios podrán consistir en multas sucesivas hasta de doscientos pesos cada vez, y en arresto hasta de diez días El valor de las multas y apremios ingresará al Tesoro Nacional
