ARTICULO 114. Pasajes para familiares por comisión menor de noventa (90) días. Cuando se trate de comisiones individuales menores de noventa (90) días, ser potestativo del Ministerio de Defensa autorizar pasajes para el cónyuge e hijos menores de veintiún (21) años, los inválidos absolutos y los estudiantes hasta la edad de veinticuatro (24) años, que dependan económicamente de ellos.
