º. El Gobierno podrá crear en los Departamentos donde funcionen institutos de Crédito y casas de moneda, subinspectores que llenen las funciones detalladas en el artículo 8º de esta Ley; pero en ningún caso habrá más de un subinspector en cada Departamento.

Los Subinspectores tendrán un sueldo de $ 60 a $100 mensuales, que el gobierno fijará. El mismo Gobierno reglamentará la manera como deban desempeñar los Subinspectores sus atribuciones, y las determinará detalladamente. Podrá asignar a los Visitadores Fiscales creados por las leyes las funciones a que se refiere el artículo citado.
