º. Del Secretario. En las sesiones ordinarias cuando se trate exclusivamente de asuntos de personal, actuarán como secretarios los respectivos Directores o Jefes de Personal de las Fuerzas, siempre y cuando el asunto que se ventile corresponda a menor grado o antigüedad que éstos. En los demás casos actuará el Oficial General o de Insignia menos antiguo que se hallase en la reunión. El Secretario levantará el acta de la sesión correspondiente.
