Para hacer la inscripción de que trata el artículo anterior la sociedad deberá demostrar que sus socios gestores y administradores son personas idóneas, de conformidad con la ley y el reglamento que dicte la Superintendencia Bancaria y declarar, bajo juramento, que ni la sociedad, ni los socios incurren en las causales de inhabilidad o incompatibilidad previstas por los literales a) a d) del artículo 13 de la Ley 65 de 1966.
