Article 4

El Consejo De La Medalla Estará Integrado Así, Según Sea La Fuerza A La Cual Pertenezca El Candidato Para Su Otorgamiento

°. El Consejo de la Medalla estará integrado así, según sea la fuerza a la cual pertenezca el candidato para su otorgamiento. Presidente: Comandante de la respectiva fuerza. Vicepresidente: Segundo Comandante o su equivalente de cada fuerza. Vocal: Director de Operaciones o su equivalente de cada fuerza. Secretario: Oficial de Planes y Operaciones o su equivalente de la Dirección de Operaciones o su equivalente de cada fuerza.

Parágrafo 1

Una vez aprobado el otorgamiento de la medalla, corresponderá al Comandante de la Fuerza respectiva de la cual sea orgánico el agraciado, expedir la resolución por medio de la cual se confiere la presea.

Parágrafo 2

El diploma respectivo será elaborado de acuerdo con el artículo 72 del Decreto 1880 de 1988.
