Los administradores en desarrollo agroindustrial, legalmente matriculados podrán solicitar créditos al Fondo de Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario (Finagro), siempre que se encuentren dentro de las circunstancias previstas en las Leyes 16 de 1990 y 101 de 1993, pudiendo elaborar, evaluar y tramitar proyectos agroindustriales ante dicho fondo o ante las entidades bancarias públicas o privadas.
