- DISPONIBILIDAD PRESUPUESTAL. Antes de la celebración de los contratos se deberá expedir un "Certificado de Disponibilidad Presupuestal" suscrito por el Jefe de Presupuesto o quien haga sus veces en el organismo o entidad contratante, en el cual conste que dichos compromisos están amparados con apropiación presupuestal disponible (Decr. 777 de 1992, art. 7).
