Destinase la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000.oo) para atender a los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de esta Ley, los actuales se consideraran incluidos en el esta Ley, los cuales se consideraran incluidos en el Presupuestos de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que no incluirse, queda

facultado el Gobierno para abrir el crédito administrativo correspondiente.

Anualmente, a partir de 1929, se incluirán precisamente en el Presupuesto la partida de ochenta mil pesos ($80.000ºº) para el sostenimiento de los laboratorios que se establezcan por la presente Ley.
