El curso de Estado Mayor de que trata el artículo 45 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, tendrá una duración mínima de diez (10) meses y será adelantado por Oficiales del Ejército, Armada y Fuerza Aérea, en el grado de Mayor o Capitán de Corbeta, en la Escuela Superior de Guerra de Colombia.
