Se suspende la obligación de cumplimiento de la capacidad transportadora mínima para todas las empresas que cuenten con una habilitación vigente en los servicios de transporte terrestre automotor de pasajeros por carretera, transporte público colectivo y transporte terrestre automotor mixto, por un período de dos (2) años a partir de la fecha de expedición de la presente Ley.
