La partida de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000) destinada a la carretera de Cúcuta al Magdalena; la de doce mil pesos ($ 12,000) destinada al camino del Sarare; y la de doce mil pesos ($12,000) destinada al camino entre Bucaramanga y el Magdalena por los ordinales 2°, 6° y 17 del artículo 5° de la Ley 70 de 1916, se entregaran anualmente a los respectivos Departamentos con destino a la amortización del costo de la obra por todo el tiempo necesario para cubrir totalmente el capital invertido y sus intereses.
