Artículo sexto. Para autorizar el ingreso a Colombia de los menores de edad, además de los documentos mencionados en el artículo primero de este Decreto, deberán presentar un permiso, debidamente autenticado ante la autoridad competente ecuatoriana, de los padres o tutores legales de los solicitantes.
