º. La Junta Directiva procederá, en consecuencia, a designar inmediatamente gerente del establecimiento autónomo de las Empresas Públicas Municipales, con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el artículo precedente, y asimismo, tanto en los acuerdos orgánicos del establecimiento público cuya creación se autorizó en el Decreto 1816 de 1954 como en los estatutos de la entidad, se harán las modificaciones necesarias para acomodarlos al presente Decreto.
