ARTICULO 201 . Inimpugnabilidad . La providencia que decide la reposición no es susceptible de recurso alguno, salvo que contenga puntos que no hayan sido decididos en la anterior, caso en el cual podrá interponerse recurso respecto de los puntos nuevos, o cuando algunos de los sujetos procesales, a consecuencia de la reposición, adquiera interés jurídico para recurrir.
