LIBERTAD POR CAPTURA O PROLONGACION ILEGAL DE PRIVACION DE LA LIBERTAD. Cuando la captura se produzca o se prolongue con violación de las garantías constitucionales o legales, el juez a cuyo disposición se encuentre el capturado ordenará inmediatamente su libertad. La persona liberada deberá firmar un acta de compromiso en la que conste nombre, domicilio, lugar de trabajo y la obligación de concurrir ante autoridad que la requiera.
