º . Modifícase el inciso 2º del

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 15 del Decreto 4818 de 2007, el cual queda así: "El plazo para presentar la declaración del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios en el exterior vence el 3 de octubre de 2008 y el pago debe efectuarse a más tardar el 31 de octubre de 2008, sin perjuicio de los tratados internacionales vigentes".
