La salida de drogas y demás artículos de consumo, en el libro de inventario permanente, se hará con un asiento mensual, proveniente de la relación mensual, comprobada por las formulas numeradas y firmadas por el medico, que el farmacéutico debe enviar al Almacenista. En caso de que no haya medico, la relación llevará la firma del Jefe de la obra.
