Para Tener Derecho A La Cesantía Se Necesita Acreditar: A) Tiempo Del Servicio Prestado Con Indicación De Las Licencias De Que Hizo Uso, Y El Motivo De Ellas

Para tener derecho a la cesantía se necesita acreditar

Tiempo del servicio prestado con indicación de las licencias de que hizo uso, y el motivo de ellas.

Valor de los sueldos devengados durante el último año de servicio o durante todo el tiempo de servicio sin no alcanzare al año; y

Fecha desde la cual cesó en el ejercicio del cargo.
