Artículo primero. A los empleados que han continuado prestando sus servicios en la Oficina de Planeamiento, Coordinación y Evaluación, del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, con posterioridad a la vigencia del Decreto número 3346 de 30 de diciembre de 1961, por medio del cual se modificó la planta de personal de esa Oficina, se les abrirán las asignaciones que venían devengando de acuerdo con la Nomenclatura y grado ocupacional establecidos en el Decreto 1647 de 1961, hasta tanto se verifique la incorporación respectiva a la planta de personal que fue modificada.
