La Prima de Navidad autorizada a favor de los trabajadores en obras nacionales, cuyos salarios o asignaciones se atienden con partidas especiales de la Ley de Apropiaciones para gastos de los Programas de Inversión de los distintos Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, se pagará con cargo a la apropiación correspondiente, en los casos en que hubiere lugar a ello.
