° Para obtener la adjudicación de los terrenos cedidos por el artículo 1° de la Ley 54 de 1915 al Municipio de Ipiales, los representantes legales de esa entidad deberán solicitarla mediante el procedimiento y requisitos establecidos en los siguientes artículos del Código Fiscal: artículo 69, excepto el ordinal c), artículos 70 a 73 inclusive; artículo 74 (inciso 1°), articulo 75 a 77, inclusive, articulo 94 y 95; y
