Los militares que en tiempo de paz o sin que las necesidades de la guerra lo exijan, incendien o destruyan edificios u otras cosas, serán castigados con la pena de diez a veinte años de reclusión militar, previa degradación o destitución, a juicio del Consejo de Guerra. A los promotores ya los de mayor empleo se les aplicarán en todo caso el máximo de la pena señalada en este Artículo.
