° Adiciónase el artículo 22 del Decreto 1151 de 1989 con su numeral 25 del siguiente tenor: “Artículo 22. Faltas graves. Son faltas graves: 25. Ingresar al establecimiento carcelario sin justa causa y previa autorización de la Dirección, cuando el guardián se encuentre en vacaciones, franquicia o suspendido, ya sea provisionalmente o como consecuencia de una sanción disciplinaria”.
