° El artículo 23 del Decreto - ley 2267 de 1969 quedará así: Artículo 23. Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal tendrán los siguientes empleados subalternos de su libre nombramiento y remoción

a)

Los radicados en cabecera de Distrito, un Secretario grado 17, un escribiente grado 9 y un escribiente grado 7.

b)

Los radicados en cabecera de Circuito, un Secretario grado 16 y un escribiente grado 8.

c)

Los ambulantes, un Secretario grado 17. Los grados y, por ende, las asignaciones aquí fijadas corresponden a las estatuidas para los subalternos de la Rama Jurisdiccional en el artículo 1°, literal B del Decreto 903 de 1969.
