° De los requisitos para el desempeño de los empleos. Las personas que sean nombradas para desempeñar empleos que se crean en el presente Acuerdo deberán cumplir las exigencias del Manual de Requisitos Mínimos, establecido mediante el Acuerdo número- 036 de noviembre 2 de 1878 y aprobado por el Gobierno Nacional mediante el Decreto número 2587 de noviembre de 1978, en el cual se señalan las calidades que debe acreditar el personal para el ejercicio de las distintas clases de empleos.
