Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, destinase hasta la suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00), que se incluirá en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.

Parágrafo

Si la suma de que trata este artículo no se incluyere en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, el gobierno queda facultado para arbitrar los recursos extraordinarios para dar cumplimiento a la presente ley.
