El Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria podrá hacer las importaciones que requiera para los fines de esta Ley, siempre que los productos, objeto de la importación no se produzcan en el país y en tal caso dichas importaciones estarán exentas derechos de aduana y de cualquier otro gravamen a la importación. Los actos y contratos del Instituto que determine el decreto reglamentario, se publicarán en el Diario Oficial , sin cobro de derecho alguno.
