Articulo 8° El presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición y al tenor del artículo 19 del Decreto-ley 588 de 1974, surte efectos fiscales a partir del l9 de enero de 1974 para los empleados que en dicha fecha estuvieren prestando sus servicios al Pondo Rotatorio de la Armada Nacional y para quienes hubieren ingresado con posterioridad a eüa, a partir de la fecha de su posesión.
