De la asistencia del funcionario. La asistencia del funcionario de trabajo a la asamblea tendrá como objeto exclusivo presenciar y comprobar la votación. El informe pertinente deberá rendirlo al inmediato superior dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes.
