Del representante del administrador delegado . Cuando el administrador delegado fuere una persona jurídica, deberá mantener por su cuenta un representante suyo, arquitecto o ingeniero matriculado, según la naturaleza de la obra, con facultades suficientes para estudiar y resolver los problemas que surjan durante la ejecución del contrato.
